In collaboration with a local NGO, JLF had organized a workshop in a nearby red light area- Mali Sahi to sensitize sex workers towards protections of Children of Sex Workers (CSWs).
Legal Aid Camp at our village
JLF had organized a legal aid camp under the program of Nyay Bandhu rolled out by Department of Justice, Government of India.
Access to Justice for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class
Trustee- Siddhant Mohanty was appointed as Field Investigator to work in a project "A study of Criminal Justice Administration in the context of Scheduled Tribes in the state of Odisha" initiated by ICSSR – Indian Council for Social Science Research. He has received a fellowship for the same to conduct such surveys and critically verify the plight of stakeholders.
